Boca Bacchanal – What it is and Why You Should Be There!

* I was given tickets to attend Boca Bacchanal in exchange for this post.  All opinions in this post are 100% my own.

I’ve been hearing about Boca Bacchanal for the past few years and have been dying to go.  Guess what?!  This year I am finally going and I am very excited!  Scroll down to the bottom to see how you can win two tickets ($125 value), but on the way down learn a bit about this fun annual wine event!

WHAT IS BOCA BACCHANAL?

Boca Bacchanal is a super fun weekend which celebrates and enhances the appreciation of wine and food, bringing together world class chefs and vintners, along with local South Florida restaurants, offering their finest specialties, providing the entire community with a delightful opportunity to support the heritage education and historic preservation programs of the Boca Raton Historical Society & Museum.  Enough said, right?

The weekend showcases two events, one which is sold out on Friday, March 24th – The Vintner’s Dinner – and Saturday’s event, the Baccanalia!

WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND?

Bacchanalia is known as the must-attend community wine and food event combining incredible food from over 30 local restaurants with world-class vintners showcasing their wineries’ best – all for attendees to sample. DJ and electric violinist Timothy Lovelock will keep the party going until 11pm by pairing his lively music with the wine and food offered. Guests will also enjoy a high-tech auction with unique experience and much more!

Have you been to Delray?

We woke up early the first day to explore what Atlantic Avenue has to offer.

Delray Beach, known as the Village by the Sea, is the perfect place for a little getaway - it's filled with boutiques 🛍, restaurants🍲, and don't forget the beautiful beach! ⛱

👬 I am married for 18 years & am a super proud mom of two boys and one furry daughter, Stella 🐕

✍ I love to write and never really thought I did until I started blogging 13 years ago. It started out as Pellerini, morphed for a very short time to Modern Xennial, and has been The Modern Mom Lounge for 8 months. No, I'm not rebranding again LOL

💓 I love pilates. Like LOVE pilates.

🏹 When I was little I was shot in the face with a bow and arrow.
OK, so I wasn’t really shot in the face with a bow and arrow, but I wanted to see 1 – if you were really paying attention and 2 – to make my close friends and family laugh.  I did tell my parents that I was shot in the face in summer camp when I was little.  I started with drama at a very young age

📚 I love to read basically any genre

I'd love to get to know you a bit better. Tell me a fun fact about yourself in the comments below!

#FridayFeels I am so glad it's Friday! This week #FridayFeels I am so glad it's Friday! This week was a busy one - super productive with a 24ish hour trip to Arizona for work.

I got to wake up to this gorgeous view of the mountains ⛰😍

This weekend I'm definitely taking advantage of no scheduled games - sleeping late, massage, relaxing, going through the 9,000 magazines piling up on my coffee table...

What are your weekend plans?
