The problem with this is that your body then isn’t getting everything that it needs to recover properly, you are going to be more tired as you will have no energy, and it’s dangerous for your health. Even if you can’t manage to eat three times a day, still make sure that you are eating enough to sustain yourself healthily.
Sleep Is Still Important
Trust us, we understand that sleep is extremely difficult when you have a new baby. They cry and scream a lot, but that doesn’t mean getting your sleep in isn’t important. They say to sleep when the baby sleeps, and for some this works, while for others it is completely unrealistic. But, we’re going to tell you that those dirty dishes you do while your baby sleeps can wait, and the washing that you’re about to do can wait. You need to put your health first which means that you need to sleep as much as you can when you can.
You might find yourself giving your baby to your parents or something for a single night after a couple of weeks or months. This way, you can get a proper night of rest, and if you have forgotten how to get a good night sleep, don’t worry about it, just close your eyes and it will take you. We promise your body wants it more than anything else at this point.
