My family and I are big brunch fans, especially during holidays. Mother’s Day is around the corner, so I researched and found some of best brunch ideas – both for food and drinks!
FOOD RECIPES
Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Muffins by Mom Collab
If you’re looking for something easy to bake that is both adult and kid approved, then I highly recommend the easy chocolate peanut butter oatmeal muffins. These are great to bake the night before Mother’s Day – no mess in the morning to have to deal with!
Potato and Spinach Frittata by The Recipe Well
I order frittata just about every time I see it on the menu. We’d never tried making it at home before, so I figured it was worth a try. This frittata recipe is awesome. It calls for only one skillet (oven save) and you can swap out the veggies for any others you’d like!
Apple Crisp Pie by My Pure Plants
When I found out this recipe was also gluten-free and vegan, I had to pin it! I love apple pie (especially with a scoop of vanilla iced cream on top) as part of my brunch settings as well.
Instant Pot Cinnamon Rolls by Kimspired DIY
Who would have ever imaged the phrase “Instant Pot” and “Cinnamon Rolls” would go together one day! My little one loves cinnamon rolls and we have an Instant Pot that is just sitting in the garage. This would make the best first recipe to make in it!
Caesar Salad Deviled Eggs by Peace Love and Low Carb
If these deviled eggs taste half as good as they look, I am going to be one happy Mama on Mother’s Day! A lot of people think of Deviled Eggs as an “older generation” food, but this recipe brings it back in the 21st century for sure!
I could totally see these as a dish to bring to a friend’s BBQ.
Cannoli Overnight French Toast Casserole by Snappy Gourmet
This recipe requires prepping the night before but is so worth the bit of extra work. You’ll be the hit of brunch with this version of french toast casserole!
Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict by The Good Hearted Woman
My husband is a big Eggs Benedict fan, so this recipe out go over very well with him. This recipe is super easy to prepare, taking about 10 minutes in total.
DRINK RECIPES
What’s Mother’s Day without a beverage to cheer with your family!
Strawberry Basil Bourbon Smash by Peace Love and Low Carb
Herbaceous with a hint of sweetness, this recipe is perfect for a brunch setting. If you’re counting your carbs, no worries as this a low carb and keto friendly drink!
Keto Friendly Irish Cream by Peace Love and Low Carb
Another keto friendly drink recipe this Irish Cream mimics Bailey’s but is much healthier for you! I will sometimes treat myself to a Bailey’s with dessert when we go out to dinner. This version is much friendlier to my waistline.
Champagne Popsicles by Cooking with Janica
These super fancy popsicles not look gorgeous, they taste divine! Just remember to put a big sign on them before putting in the freezer – “For Adults Only”.
Strawberry Mimosas by Marathons and Motivation
What’s a brunch without a mimosa or two? I love the addition of strawberry that this mimosa recipe calls for.
Which of these recipes are you going to try out? I’d love to hear about your favorite Mother’s Day Brunch recipes!
