I love getting mail this time of year…the photo holiday cards are so beautiful and festive – USUALLY.  Check out these “interesting” holiday photos.  #5 & #7 are ridic.

I killed my lower back (putting away my blow dryer – very dangerous I know) and have been searching for some good stretches for my sciatic.  Here is a good (and free!) video with some easy stretches.  Recommend any other stretches?
