FabFitFun Spring Edition 2015 Review

You know me and my subscription boxes!  I always look forward to my FabFitFun box because it is usually chock full of goodies.  The Spring Edition 2015 surely was too.

FabFitFun Spring Edition 2015 Contents

The first thing I saw when I opened the box was this beautiful Jules Smith Scarf in Watercolor.  It is so super soft and lightweight – perfect for my upcoming trip.  It adds a pop of color to my usual t-shirt and jeans. Retail: $42

Someone must have heard me complaining about the need to work out more because inside this box was the Merrithew 3 DVD set “Intense Body Blast” and a $25 gift card!  I have to make sure this will be ok for my stupid lower back, but am so excited to give it a try! Retail: $61

When I read the name of this nail polish I was a bit confused. Orly Nail BB Creme. I thought BB Creme was for your face.  Orly professes that if you like the face version then you are going to like this one for your nails.  It is a topical cosmetic treatment that helps to smooth, moisturize and brighten nails.  I am going to try this tonight and I’ll keep you posted. Retail: $15

I loved this color in the bottle – Orly’s Cake Pop.  I tried it this morning and although it is a great color, it was really thick and bubbled.  I am in no way a self-professed manicurist but I had to take it off…it really bothered me.  When I have more time I’ll dilute it a smidge with nail polish remover and try it again. Retail: $8.50

I am not one for fake tattoos, especially the metallic variety, but I know my niece will love the Yasi Metallic Flash Tattoos.  Retail: $36

These coasters by Rifle Paper Co. (a fave of mine) are so stinkin’ cute.  I am so not actually using them for their intended purpose.  They are too cute. Even the box they came in is so cute! Retail: $16

I really need to learn how to apply eyeshadow properly now that I have these two OFRA Cosmetics Eyeshadow Brushes (#11 and #20).  Retail: $45.90

I laughed when I saw the Miracle Grow Gro-able Seed Pod.  Why, you ask?  I have the biggest black thumb there is to have.  BUT, I will think positively and try this cutie basil seed pod.  Wish me luck.  What’s also cool is that it came with a free download card for the Sprout It app, which touts that it will help me not kill my plants with reminders and tips.  The bet is on!

I had never heard of this before but am willing to give it a whirl!  Palmetto Derma’s Collagen Booster and Restoration is a lightweight serum that helps to keep your skin safe from the daily elements and also boost collagen, slow down the aging process and minimize wrinkles.  Sold! Retail: $48

I also received a gift card for $40 off my first week of HelloFresh – maybe I’ll try it this time around!

So what do you think of my bounty?! The grand total of $273.89 and the fact that I do like what I received and will use it all, makes the measly $40 charge not hurt a bit!  I love finding new brands and products.  If you are like me, sign up for one of the #FabFitFun boxes by clicking HERE.
