Leave it to me to find more fun “boxes” to subscribe to! I found out about the Conscious Box via Plum District. I try to stay as “true to the earth” as I can when I shop for my family. Little by little, I am removing all products with parabens or phthalates. I am educating myself on what foods I should consider buying organic (note: the dirty dozen). I recycle – almost to a fault LOLOL…my husband will be cooking and about to throw something away and there I am saying, “No, wait. We can recycle that!!”

The whole idea behind the Conscious Box is to introduce you to new pure & natural products. Their mission is:
Conscious Box is dedicated to introducing you to the most ethical, sustainable, and honest businesses that create the purest products available. We scour the marketplace to find those that stand above the rest. Discovery defines the Conscious Box experience.
I was so excited when my first box arrived (I signed up for the three-month subscription). It was chock full of some of the greatest products. Here is what was included:
RW Garcia Dippers (3 seed curry and mango dipping chips): The first thing I noticed when I read the bag is that they are gluten-free and Non-GMO certified. I am seriously thinking about removing gluten from my diet and am testing out different products along the way. They were GREAT!! Score one for gluten-free!!
GeoDeo (natural deodorant and detox): Always looking out for new deodorants, preferably ones without aluminum – that actually work, I was happy that this full-sized GeoDeo was included in my box! I received the Island scent, and it is nice and fresh smelling. I am wearing it today and no one has yet to back away from me LOL…just kidding. This contains no parabens (yay!), harmful aluminum, sulfates, dyes, or petrochemicals. Can you imagine that we put those things on our bodies??? GeoDeo is infused with volcanic minerals, odor neutralizing enzymes, and vitamin E.
Bumble Bar Organic Sesame Bar: Another gluten-free goodie! I have not yet tried this as I am not a big fan of sesame seeds, but the company boasts it is delicious and nutritious! They have other flavors…chocolate peanut butter sounds right up my alley!
Clandestino Banana Bar: The 100% recycled packaging alone looks delicious! The bar was too 🙂
TeaTulia: I received the Bengal Breakfast tea – TeaTulia, the organization is absolutely amazing in what they do for people in need. Check out their site if you get a chance.
Larabar: I would see these bars at Target and never tried them before – bad me! Gluten-free too!!!
GoodLight Natural Candles: Their principle is so true: you breathe what you burn. I am excited to try out these non-toxic, 100% palm wax, lead-free, paraffin-free candles this weekend!
Zarbees: I hope I will never have to use this LOL – but if I need to cough medicine for the boys, I will go to this brand! It is gluten-free, dye-free, and free of alcohol and harmful drugs.
VitaRocks: Remember Pop Rocks? I loved that fizzy sugar-laden candy. Now there is VitaRocks – it pops just like Pop Rocks BUT is a multi-vitamin. Who said that taking your vitamins had to be boring?
Crum Creek – Certified Organic Soy Nut Mix: Chocolate chips, non-GMO soy nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins = great trail mix!
SERIOUSLY! All of the items above were in my box…it was a never-ending box of interesting and delicious products.
Packages start at $12/month plus $7 shipping. They also offer 3 months and an annual subscription at discounted rates. I would recommend you try at least one month!
Note: I was not compensated in any way for this review. As you already know, I like to try new things and report back!! I hope you enjoy my reviews!
Very interesting.
