For the Beach
Beach days are super fun. We pack everything we need – towels, sunscreen, goggles, snacks, water, to name a few items.
The day is filled with traipsing in the water and playing in the sand, ending with packing everything up to head home.
The last thing I want to bring back with me is sand. We try to leave as much as we can AT the beach. We use baby powder to help remove the sand from our bodies and wash off at a nearby public shower, if available.
I came across a lifesaver of a beach bag. It allows me to leave the sand at the beach! The tiny holes let the sand escape when I give it a good shake. The less sand in my car, the better.
This CGear bag helps immensely. It comes in a few sizes and styles. You can find more about them (and purchase one if you’d like) on the website.
They also over sand-free mats which I haven’t tried yet but look equally as great!
For the Overnight Trip
I don’t need my usual luggage when I go away for an overnight trip. I want something that isn’t to heavy; something that is functional. Here are some of my favorites:
For the Great Outdoors
Whether we are heading to the zoo or a day filled with baseball games/soccer games/football games, I found a very cool bag to carry everything I need.
The SunnyBAG Explorer + backpack isn’t just any backpack. The solar energy panels within the bag convert sunlight into electricity. As long as the solar panel is exposed to the sun, my mobile electronic devices can be charged directly. As soon as the sun disappears or the panel is not positioned to the sun, no energy is generated.
I bring a slim backup battery should we decide to stay out past sunset, but during daylight hours, this bag has been a big help in keeping our phones changed!
For the Day Out with the Family
When you have little ones you need to carry with you a bag that will tote around their toys, electronics, and snacks. There are so many options available. Here are some of my favorite – a mix of backpacks and tote bags.
For the Plane Ride
If you don’t already know, I have a bad lower back. I feel like an old lady when I talk about it, but it is a reality that I have to just work around.
Working from home allows me to do what I do best from wherever I am. I can work anywhere as long as I have my laptop and WiFi. I used to pack my computer, wireless mouse, wires and other needed work-related items in a backpack, which was much better than the usual tote that I would lug around.

Wow – I had not seen the Sunny bag with the solar insert! My husband will want that for sure – we like to go hiking deep in the national forest, but worry about losing power. This bag has what we need!

I am fascinated with bags. The most useful bag I have was my beach bag since I love going to beaches and this keeps me more organized.
Delsey is my travel buddy. It is easy to carry and mine looks small but I can put a lot of stuff inside.
Those were really awesome bags with a lot of uses. It is important to have these because it can help us a lot with our travel.
