Spa and Wellness Month is Almost Here!

I personally don’t need any external motivation when it comes to self-care, but if you are one to drag your feet then October is the month for you to get on the self-care train!

Every October for the past 4 years, Discover the Palm Beaches presents Spa and Wellness month, a full 31 days of spa therapies, wellness events, and healthy offerings available from the local spas and businesses. A portion of the proceeds will go to a charity of the particular business’ choosing – each in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Here’s a sampling of some of the participating spas and businesses and their offerings.
