Live From New York….It’s Saturday Night!

Today, back in 1975, winner of 36 Primetime Emmy Awards, 2 Peabody Awards, and a total of 156 Emmy nominations since then… Saturday Night Live debuted!

Created by Lorne Michaels and developed by Dick Ebersol, Saturday Night Live is a mixture of culture and politics, a celebrity host and guests, musical talent…you name it!  I love to watch the old episodes, especially the ones with the original cast: Dan Aykroyd, John Belushi, Chevy Chase, Jane Curtin, Garrett Morris, Laraine Newman and Gilda Radner.  What amazing and talented people!

I find it interesting the number of movies that have spawned from this famous show.  Do you remember:
