Book Review – Reconstructing Amelia

I just finished one of the best books I’ve read in a LONG time!  Reconstructing Amelia: A Novel was recommended to me by a friend a while ago, so I added it to my Kindle queue and kind of forgot about it.  Every time I would open my Kindle app, I would see the book, and finally (and thankfully) chose it as my next read.

Kate tries so hard to be the best mother to Amelia, but being a single mother working at a cut throat law firm doesn’t help.  I loved that there were little surprises hidden throughout the entire story- I would think I knew what was happening next and then totally get blindsided by something different.  Reconstructing Amelia: A Novel was a GREAT read and I highly recommend it.
