A long time ago I tried this wonderfully refreshing drink – watermelon water and fell in love. It is perfectly (and naturally) sweet and healthy!
I was so excited when I read a post from one of my favorite bloggers, Skinnytaste…talking about Agua de Sandia (watermelon water).
Guess what I am making today?!
Here is the recipe:
2 cups cold water
2 cups watermelon, seeded and chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
Combine water, lime juice, and fruit into a blender or food processor until smooth. Traditionally this refreshing beverage is made without a blender. The fruit is mashed together with a fork, and then you add the water and lime juice.
