Random Acts of Kindness

Last year was the first time I had ever experienced a random act of kindness.

I was in the drive-thru lane at Starbucks and when I arrived at the window to pay, the barista told me that the customer ahead of me paid for my coffee!! I then did the same for the person behind me 🙂

Here are some other ideas that you can do:

Pay the parking meter for someone
Tape change (quarters) to vending machines or toy machines at your local supermarkets
Pay the toll for the car behind you
Bring coffee out to your sanitation driver
Drop a poinsettia off to your neighbors
Donate books to a library or school
Bring treats to a local dog and cat shelter
Buy the person behind you’s lunch (at a fast-food restaurant for example)
Post a note to a mirror at a public bathroom that says, “You are beautiful”.
