Random Acts of Kindness

Last year was the first time I had ever experienced a random act of kindness.

I was in the drive-thru lane at Starbucks and when I arrived at the window to pay, the barista told me that the customer ahead of me paid for my coffee!!  I then did the same for the person behind me 🙂

Here are some other ideas that you can do:

• Pay the parking meter for someone
• Tape change (quarters) to vending machines or toy machines at your local supermarkets
• Pay the toll for the car behind you
• Bring coffee out to your sanitation driver
• Drop a poinsettia off to your neighbors
• Donate books to a library or school
• Bring treats to a local dog and cat shelter
• Buy the person behind you’s lunch (at a fast-food restaurant for example)
• Post a note to a mirror at a public bathroom that says, “You are beautiful”.
