Love With Food

You know how I love my monthly box subscriptions!  Well, I came across a new (to me) subscription named Love with Food.

I know, I know – there are so many food box subscriptions out there, what makes this one different than the others?  I’m glad you asked!  Besides being only $10/month and offering you what they say is “the best gourmet food ever”, each box you purchase equals a donation of a meal to a hungry child.  You got me at “hello”.

So every month, Love With Food members will receive a curated box of unique, hard-to-find tasty bites which varies based on seasonal themes.  For every box sold, they will donate a meal to several food banks such as the Feeding America Network and Share Our Strength – No Kid Hungry. The goal being to help end childhood hunger one meal at a time!

I received my box for review and was not disappointed.

Here is what was in my box:

It was a nice variety of different foods – all of which are new to me.  The Snapz were a tasty snack alternative to chips, as was the Crunch.  I can’t wait to try the strawberry spread, got a chuckle out of the cajun rub’s name “slap ya mama”, and shared the “Great Full” cookie with my youngest son (and didn’t tell him that it was healthy AND delicious).

The best part is that a meal is donated for each box sold.  Check out their map showing how many meals were donated by region HERE.  As of today the number is 100,420 in the US, and that number will only go UP!
