November is National Pomegranate Month! Pomegranates are known for their health benefits for centuries.
A great source of potassium, this fruit also provides vitamin K and polyphenols. I could eat the arils all day – these are the seeds within the pomegranate. Did you know…

- The seeds are called arils. You can sometimes find them prepackaged at the local supermarket (POM brand or other). They make for a juicy and healthy snack!

Pomegranate Juice (1/4 cup)
Light Rum (1 ounce)
Dark Rum (1 ounce)
Lime Juice (1 tablespoon)
Simple Syrup (3 tablespoons)
