The last time I was up in PA, we went to Happy Hour at Flemings, a steak house near the office. One of their signature cocktails is the Farmer’s Daughter – a strawberry basil martini of sorts. Janelle ordered it, and I was thinking of it but stuck with my standard Mark West Pinot Noir.
I tasted Janelle’s and regretted my choice 🙁

FARMER’S DAUGHTER
Tito’s Handmade Vodka – Janelle says use Ketel One
Muddled strawberries
Fresh basil leaves
Fresh lemon and cranberry juices
Shaken over ice and strained!
