Besides this being the wedding anniversary of my dear parents, 12-12-12…this is the last time ever that the month, day and year will all be the same!

Did you know that numbers can tell a lot?  One signifies new beginning and the number two signifies union – I bet there are thousands of people that have chosen today as their wedding day.  I remember a lot of people did so last year, on 11-11-11.

According to Chinese numerology, one is considered a yang number ruled by the sun and represents independence and individualism. Two is considered a yin number ruled by the moon and represents symmetry and balance. Combined, the number 12 brings harmony to the yin and the yang, balancing the masculine energy of the sun and the feminine energy of the moon. (taken from MSN.com today 🙂

On the way into the office this  morning I heard that a handful of famous performers are holding a concert at Madison Square Garden to benefit the people that were displaced and devastated by Hurricane Sandy.
