Vitamins and Minerals
I don’t know about you but I just got my first cold of the season. I was hoping it was allergies, and I still think it is but this sneezing and stuffy nose and coughing has got to stop!! Either way…I enjoyed learning about the different vitamins that you can take to help you with certain ailments and conditions!
