Target is introducing their latest fashion blog-worthy collection on January 31st. There’s a bit of a difference between this collaboration with WhoWhatWear.com’s Hillary Kerr and Katherine Power – during the first week of every month they will refresh the collection with new pieces. Love that! All other collections debuted all pieces at once.
The first release offers 70 fashion-forward finds for under $50. That is like music to my ears! It includes basics, like linen t-shirts, mixed with trends-of-the-moment.
A little bit about WhoWhatWear.com CEOs Kerr and Power
Both Katherine Power and Hillary Kerr were Elle Magazine editors before brainstorming Clique Media Group, where people can go online and have the same experience as with a printed magazine, just a lot more interactive and incorporating fashion, beauty, home and shopping. In comes WhoWhatWear.com, followed by Byrdie.com and MyDomaine.com.
The Details
Power and Kerr took into consideration the typical Target shopper along with styles that did well on their WhoWhatWear.com site when planning the monthly collections. Pieces will be available in Target, on target.com on January 31st and on WhoWhatWear.com on February 1st. Plus sizes are available online only.
I have my eye on a super cute striped canvas pouch, asymmetrical hemmed satin dress and faux-suede bag (to name a few). Who’s going shopping with me on the 31st?!

I can’t wait to check it out!
Hannah says
This looks awesome! I’m big on the basics– especially when they’re tailored well and well-made. I can’t justify paying the hefty sums some stores and brands charge, so this sounds awesome!
Dana says
Exactly – tailoring is the secret to great clothing and I think this collection will include a lot of those tailored pieces!
Sarah Ross-Koves says
I have been avoiding Target since the holiday spending, but you have convinced me to go back for this. Thanks.

I’m so excited about this!!
Shannon says
What a great collaboration! I would expect nothing less from these ladies. Looking forward to it!

Oh I didn’t know about this!! How exciting – and the price point sounds great. Recent collections with Target touted $70+ prices and I thought that was a little ridiculous considering the Target demographic. I also love how they’re stretching it out instead of all at once. That Lilly for Target collab was an absolute chaotic nightmare and one I never wanted to experience again, but this sounds promising. Thanks for sharing.
Dana says
I couldn’t even find Lilly items online, let alone in the stores – you are so right when you said it was a chaotic nightmare…insanity!

I’m excited about the collaboration!! I can’t decide if I’m happy they’re choosing to space it out a bit or not…This either means no first day made rush or it means we’ll be experiencing it more often.
xo, Laura
Dana says
That is a really good point you bring up Laura – I wonder how spacing it out will hinder the rush or make it crazier?!
adriana says
OMG I am so excited about this!!! I’ll be there bright and early haha! Target definitely needs to do collabs like this more often like the Lilly one!
Dana says
Me too Adriana! Although I don’t know if it will be at the store on the website 😉
Courtney says
Ooh this sounds amazing!! So sad Target isn’t it Canada anymore!
Dana says
It isn’t? I didn’t know that 🙁 Can you order online though?
Julia says
This is an awesome collaboration! I love how often they’ll be adding new pieces, I’ll definitely be checking this out in my Target!
