The Spring 2020 Causebox has been the most practical subscription box received to date!
I love subscription boxes. Whether they are filled with clothing, accessories, skincare, makeup, or any other plethora of items, I love the surprise of finding out what’s inside.
Subscription boxes are a great way to get introduced to new brands and products. I can’t tell you how many new products I’ve been turned on to that I have subsequently purchased over and over again.
WHAT IS CAUSEBOX?
Causebox is a quarterly subscription box filled with eco-friendly, sustainable products crafted all over the world. Every 3 months a box is delivered to your doorstep, just waiting to be explored.
Each box costs $49.99 and contains $200 + worth in items.
SPRING 2020 CAUSEBOX CONTENTS
Warning – this Spring 2020 Causebox article is filled with spoilers, but it is also filled with information on brands that you should look into!
Pixie Mood Zoe Crossbody
This everyday crossbody, made of vegan leather, is perfect to wear as an everyday bag OR as a clutch. Just remove the detachable strap! ($75 value)
At Pixie Mood, we believe that style doesn’t need compromise. Styles can be trendy, functional and socially responsible, all at the same time. We obsess over making great bags, including the little details that make them awesome, and design with our customers’ needs first and foremost.
Founded in 2010, Pixie Mood continues to find the most socially responsible ways to look good while feeling great.
Artisan Direct Sustainable Grocery Starter Kit
You can stop using the supermarket-provided plastic bags for your fruit and veggies now! These beautifully-made muslin and mesh bags, made in Jaipur, India are perfect to hold you onions, apples – you name it! They are made of 100% cotton and are machine-washable. ($22 value)
Earth Harbor Reparative Eye Cream
I feel as if Causebox knew I just ran out of my eye cream! The first thing I do when I get new skincare products is smell them, and this cream smelled fresh and clean. The seaweed collagen, blue tansy, and plant oils are going to help restore and moisturize the skin around my eyes. So excited! ($34 value)
All of Earth Harbor’s safe and ethical products are are synthetic-free and sustainable, with a percentage of the proceeds going to 1% for the Planet to help save marine life.
Cardea AuSet CALM Mood Mist
I had to spray it as soon as I read it was a mood mist. There is the perfect amount of lavender – I am so looking forward to using this in my office. I like to spread the calm! ($30 value)
Cardea AuSet’s plant-based products were created by two longtime friends and wellness fans Taylor Williams and Jennifer Bonato. Their goal, which came to fruition with Cardea AuSet, is to provide super-clean and highly-effective products.
Bentgo Stackable Bento Box
Each purchase of this bento box donates to Feed the Children! The built-in cutlery was another reason why I was sold by this super cute lunch box.
I can’t wait to pack tomorrow’s lunch in this eco-friendly and very practical bento box! ($29 value)
Dime Beauty Super Eye Duo
I have been using Rodan and Fields Lash Boost for the past two years as my lashes have gotten quite brittle over time. Dime Beauty’s combination of amino acid enhanced serum and voluming mascara are going to be put to the test this week! R&F’s product works well, but stings my eyes at times which is no bueno.
I also like that this duo is free of:
- Phlalates
- Sulfates
- Parabens
as well as vegan and cruelty-free. ($46 value) Oh, and a lot less expensive than the R&F version.
Simple Self Daily Self-Care Planner
I’m obsessed with planners. I’m also super old school in that I like to write things down as opposed to going the tech-savvy route when it comes to calendaring and to-do lists.
I can’t wait to wake up tomorrow, break out my colored pens and dig into this planner. ($30 value)
SO WHAT DO YOU THINK?
I am extremely impressed with the Spring 2020 Causebox contents! Which items would you use? If you’re interested in learning more and possibly ordering a box for yourself or as a gift, I’d love to know!

You get all this in one box? that seems like a lot of cool and different stuff. Of course not going anywhere right now, so no need for new make up, but is that grocery kit to grow your own food? I feel like I need that so I dont have to go to the damn store!
