Welcome back to Womanpreneur Wednesday! This week’s womanpreneur holds a very big place in my heart!
Catherine (AKA Cat) and I go waaaaaaaayy back. We had so many classes together in college, as we were both in the business school.
I remember the first class I had with her…I think it was advertising. Anyway…she was (and still is) the super friendly, gorgeous blonde in the back of the room, always participating in discussions with the teacher. Out first group project was for the Mach3 razor…memories!
Fast forward a few years, we had our sons 2 weeks apart and still to this day swear we didn’t plan it! I can go on and on with all of the amazing memories we’ve shared over the years (maybe a future article). On to the interview!
Meet Catherine Hoch!
When you were little what did you want to be when you grew up?
How did you decide to become a Realtor?
SIDE NOTE: Cat would come over and help me redecorate or organize just about anything and everything in my home. There’s just something innate about her wanting to help others in any way possible!
What is the biggest struggle you’ve encountered as an entrepreneur and how did you solve it?
What do you think are the pros and cons of being a womanpreneur?
Do you have any mentors or coaches that you work with?
What advice would you give to someone reading this that has the entrepreneurial “itch”?
What is the secret to achieving work-life balance for you?
How do you find inspiration?
What is your favorite book?
SIDE NOTE: I love you, Cat!
What is your favorite quote?
What do you do to decompress?
Cat is one of those women that doesn’t sit on her laurels. Since the day I met her, she has been a motivator, a leader, and an all-around amazing human being.
The love and dedication she provides for her family are immeasurable and so admirable.
If I was looking for a home, I wouldn’t think twice about enlisting Cat’s help – and I’m not just saying this because we’re close friends. Her attention to detail, drive, wanting to get things done right the first time – I could go on and on – are attributes you’d look for in a Realtor whether selling your current home or buying a new one!
Please connect with Cat via Instagram and Facebook.
