During my quest to eat healthier, lose a few unneeded pounds, and workout I have heard many tricks of the trade. Here’s one of them:
My husband forwarded me a new study that says eating lunch as your main meal of the day, early–before 3pm, in fact–could help you lose weight.
Why did he send this to me? I don’t like to eat a lot of food during dinner time and he always tells me that I didn’t eat anything, blah, blah, blah.
Basically the study showed that those who ate lunch early in the day lost 22 pounds, compared with the late eaters, who lost 17 pounds–a difference of 5 pounds!
I think we all know not to eat late at night. Those late nights of greasy burgers or pizza are over. (Well, they were over a long time ago, oh the college days.)
