I am focusing on fashion for the budget-conscious busy woman, and today I am writing about 3 outfits tips to spruce up date night. I don’t know about you but I look forward to those far and few between nights when my husband and I can get away to grab a bite to eat and catch up on what’s been going on in our lives lately. Don’t get me wrong, we communicate every day, all day, but it’s that relaxed, easy-flowing communication that we miss and cherish!
So, you have a night of easy-flowing communication planned and don’t have anything to wear? Here are some outfit tips that will wow and fit your budget!
OUTFIT TIP#1: Skinnies are a great start for a fun date night. Dress them up with a blouse and booties, like below or with heels or boots. I feel that where your date will take you will dictate the shoes that you will pair with them. Carry a sleek clutch, big enough to carry the essentials.
OUTFIT TIP #2: This outfit is a super comfy tip. Wear cute leggings which can be worn to dinner, the movies (bring a cardigan if you go to the movies – it can get chilly there!), maybe an outdoor concert? You can tie it all together with boots or flats even to be comfortable and stylish.
OUTFIT TIP #3: Dinner and dancing on the agenda? If so, check this out (and know that I am eternally envious of your energy!). I know, I know, the dress is black and I pick a lot of black pieces, BUT it is just a representation of what you could look for (although I love the neckline and the cut-outs). Go all-out-black with the black heels and jewelry or opt for a pop of color with your choice of shoe or clutch. I definitely love the red lips though…
