Time Saving with Alpha Medical

I work from home, which translates to “I work pretty much all of the time.”  People think since I work out of my house that I have all of the time in the world to do things.  It’s actually the opposite.

I have reorganized my way of thinking and now try to time block as much of my tasks (professional and personal) that I can.  Yes, life can get in the way, but for the most part, it has helped me immensely when it comes to focusing on what needs to get done “now” as opposed to “not now”.

I time-block personal time and some people find that odd.  It has to be done.  I am a list maker by nature (and genetics I believe, Jami…) so I have to put everything down on a list or within a timeslot.

One thing that I do make sure I make time for is my health and self-care.

The Arrival

I did not need to do anything to reorder my Latisse since the refills are automatic. We work hard all day and have to really compartmentalize what we can do in 24 hours time (and get sleep in there somewhere…).  Taking advantage of Alpha Medical’s services really takes a load off of my to-do list.
